How social distancing is disrupting the fitness and wellbeing industry


During the past year we’ve all been impacted by governmental regulations and restrictions to protect citizens from the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.


This has resulted in closed gyms, fitness studios, cancelled sports events, and decreased demand in face-to-face services. People are currently learning and finding new ways to work, exercise, and taking social distancing seriously, resulting in more time enclosed at home.


It’s now more important than ever to stay active.


On the other hand, many businesses in the fitness industry have found ways to evolve and adapt since face-to-face contact is limited in public premises. For example, the majority of gyms and wellness centers have gravitated to online sessions.

3. Reschedule the appointment if you or your clients feel sick
